How I work
A short, predictable process built to fit a deal timeline — and one engagement, scoped to whatever depth the deal actually needs.
The process
- 1Scope. A short call to understand the target, what you are buying it for, and your timeline. If it is a fit, you get a fixed fee and a written scope once I know what the work involves.
- 2Assessment. I work through all the technical layers directly: the code, the architecture, the documentation, security and the AI. That includes conversations with the people responsible for the technology.
- 3Report and debrief. A call to walk through the findings and answer questions, so you leave knowing what each one means for the deal. You get the written report the same day.

Three levels of depth
There is one service — technical and AI due diligence — and three depths you can buy it at. The difference is how far the assessment goes.
Every engagement is a fixed fee, agreed up front. Fees are scoped to the target and the timeline; I’ll quote yours on our first call.

| Deep / complex | For AI-core theses, complex stacks, or real regulatory exposure. Goes deep on provenance, reproducibility, MLOps, and data rights. |
The red-flag screen is credited toward a full assessment if you upgrade within 30 days.
Terms, contracts and confidentiality
Every engagement runs under a master services agreement, a mutual non-disclosure agreement, and a statement of work.
Your code and your documents are never reused, shared, or used to train any AI model. Engagement data is deleted when the work is complete.
