Sample technical due diligence report
Every full assessment ends with a written report and a debrief call. The sample below is redacted, and is the actual format you would receive.

What the report covers
- An executive summary with an overall risk rating and the two or three things that actually matter.
- Detailed findings by area: architecture, code, security, team, intellectual property, and the AI layer.
Each area is rated and explained in plain terms. You will know:
- what is working and what is not
- what each finding means for valuation, integration or post-close risk
- what the problems would cost to fix, and what happens if you leave them
- the conditions and questions worth raising before you sign
- a roadmap for transition and maintenance after close
